…We just returned from our back-to back-to back Caribbean cruises and I wanted to let you know that everything went perfectly. The gratuities were paid and the onboard credits were in place. After some of the issues that we've had with online travel agents in the past, I'll admit I was a bit skeptical. However, everything went as we were promised it would with absolutely no issues. Please give my thanks to [the CruCon Customer Service Department] also…
My name is Jacqueline... We made our first booking through [a CruCon Agent] for the 20 day transatlantic on HAL's new ship. Our friends booked as well. I have to confess, I was a bit nervous to deal with an internet company for the first time. [The Agent] was very reassuring, answered all my questions and we booked. Normally, I do not need anything (unless I get offered an upsell). My husband and I are very experienced cruisers and we tell our friends everything they need to know. So, I thought why not? After all, I don't need service (I did not have a high expectation on the service end). Firstly, there was a mix up with my name. I probably did not explain to [The Agent] that I had two last names clearly enough. When I emailed her to try to get my docs fixed, [A CruCon Customer Service Representative] answered very quickly and had the matter rectified within minutes. And told me what to do next time I booked with Crucon. I was happy to have that straightened out so quickly as the name must match my passport. That was great service, but now I am really impressed. Due to an issue on my last HAL cruise, HAL decided they should give us a future obc. How nice. But their letter said that the travel agent had to contact to confirm and make arrangements for my next cruise. I knew [the Customer Service Rep] was who I should go to so I sent off an email and the letter from HAL. She emailed me at the end of that day advising she was waiting to hear from HAL, the next day to advise HAL needed at least a week as it was new and she would follow up. Then I got an email from her saying it may take HAL two weeks, but no worries, she would make sure that this was added to my records so we could take advantage of it. I emailed her back to thank her and apologized for being high maintenance. She went out of her way in her reply telling me that this is the easiest thing for her to do and not trouble and all, happy to help, etc. and rest assured it would be there and she would confirm with me when it was. As I say, I have cruised a lot. As far as I am concerned, I am getting BETTER service from [CruCon] than the last few T.A.'s I have tried who were in our area. I have been very impressed and [the Customer Service Rep] has erased any misconception I might have had about service from and dealing with Crucon. She is a pleasure to deal with, very prompt and very helpful. Thanks to her service, I know this will not be our last booking with Crucon (or other friends who cruise with us). Forgive the long email, but I was in the service industry for years and when you get good service it really is appreciated. Thank you very much from both my husband and myself.
Dear Ms. Cleary: Having just caught up with our jetlag and loose ends at home, my wife – Karen C. – and I would like to send you this letter of appreciate for our May Transatlantic Cruise on the Celebrity Century. This “perfect cruise” combined the price, cruise line, destination and atmosphere that we all hope for but seldom achieve. To top it all the presence of your ambassadors…and their constant good cheer made it that much more enjoyable. We are particularly appreciative of the unexpected special invitation to the Murano Specialty Restaurant and the additional companionship we enjoyed during dinner with them and the other frequent CruCon passengers. All three ambassadors deserve a special kudos and we look forward to sharing future cruises with them. 2/22/2010 HAL Noordam We rarely write letters in praise of good employee performance, because we expect great service from the vendors we have chosen. There is a time, however, when extra-ordinary service should be recognized. We are writing today in our praise of [your agent] who has exceeded our expectations on our Noordam cruise sailing February 13, 2010. She has managed to upgrade our balcony cabin “4” levels on a ship that is sold out. She also did this for all our traveling companions. This is just one example of premium service [she] has given us over the years. We were fortunate to meet her during a transatlantic cruise in September 2007. We just had the opportunity to book a cruise through your web site and just wanted you to know that your representative…called us in a timely manner and answered all of our questions. Then on the following day after the quote, we talked to her again and there again she was most helpful. We updated our reservations and attained insurance etc. The forms were emailed promptly and sent back as soon as we received them. In this day and time customer service is hard to find. My wife and I have been on over 40 cruises and have booked with different agencies as well as directly with cruise lines. However, we have never found an agency with a better combination of price and customer service than CruCon. CruCon’s Loyalty Program and special offers are exceptional. Furthermore, the staff is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and polite. The customer service is unparalleled. Each employee we have talked with has had a pleasant demeanor, has been able to quickly and efficiently resolve any issues with a cruise line and has left us with the feeling that they really want to help. Needless to say, this is both comforting and reassuring. CruCon has so clearly enhanced our cruising experience that we have highly recommended them to our friends. In short, we feel at home with CruCon and have no plans to leave.

I have the highest respect and confidence in both CruCon and [our agent] even though all contact has been through phone calls and emails. Our balcony room, key to the Concierge Club, and wonderful weather all helped to make a great vacation. But the personal attention we received from [our agent] certainly made our time away worry-free. I have mentioned our satisfaction with family and friends and hope that they choose CruCon (and [our agent]) for planning their next vacation. Are you looking for the very best price, friendly and courteous service from professional agents, who always get it right? Save yourself money, time, hassle and hidden fees.
